We have been the proud owners of this beautiful Spanish villa since 2022. Located on the Costa Blanca in the unspoilt coastal town of Jávea and within walking distance to the beautiful sandbeach Playa del Arenal and all facilities.

Villa Bohemia
Large villa for 10 people
A large villa with two floors and sleeping space for max. 10 people + 2 babies. Both floors have their own entrance and are connected by an external stair at the front of the villa.
Walking distance to beach/shops
The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful sandbeach Playa del Arenal and boulevard with a number of restaurants and nightlife are within a 20-minute walk.
Swimmingpool heating
The villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with a private pool with heating, a BBQ area and lots of privacy. The driveway will fit three cars and can be closed off with an automatic gate.
Air conditioning, wifi and Dutch TV
In every room you will find air conditioning hot/cold. The villa has free WiFi and Dutch, English and Spanish TV reception.

From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Montgó and from the flat sunroof of the villa you can even see the sea!
Suitable for young and old
This villa is suitable for young and old because there are bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Please let us know if you are coming with young children. Then we will set up the cots and high chairs for you.
